Known as the Cinema Lofts, the units at 1635 W. Belmont were built in the 1920's before being converted to condos in 1997. Located in Chicago's lovely Lakeview neighborhood, this beautiful residential building features gleaming hardwood floors and beautiful balconies. The building was once home to the city's popular Belmont Theater as well as one of Chicago's most famous movie houses from the past, The Belmont. Featuring 192 units housed within its six floors, the high-rise's stunning ornate facade from its glorious past as a movie house still remains, making this building an architectural treasure.

The Cinema Lofts deliver great amenities to residents such as 24 hour doorperson, storage space and onsite valet/cleaner. Where this classic building truly shines is the fitness center, which enables residents to stay healthy and active without having to go far from their front door to get a great workout in. Enjoy the beautiful Chicago summers while relaxing with friends on the rooftop sundeck where stunning views of the city await.

Living in Lakeview presents residents at Cinema Lofts with a plethora of choices when it comes to dining, shopping and entertainment. The numerous shops that line up along Clark and Belmont ensure you'll always find something out of the ordinary. Stroll down Lincoln Avenue, Clark Street or Belmont Avenue to take in the numerous bars and clubs when you feel like showing friends a great night out in Chicago. Live music is always close by thanks to 1635 W. Belmont's proximity to Chicago landmarks like Metro, Elbo Room and The Vic Theater. Visit the legendary Music Box Theater to catch a classic flick or take in a night of Windy City improv at IO Theater and Stage Left Theater.

Getting in and around Chicago is a breeze when living at 1635 W. Belmont, thanks to numerous public transportation options. Lake Shore Drive and I-90/94 will get you where you need to be quickly. Bike enthusiasts will love the designated bike paths on Clark Street and along Lincoln and Halsted avenues. Of course, nothing says Chicago like hopping on the "El" to take in iconic views of the city. The CTA Red, Purple and Brown lines are all conveniently located close to Cinema Lofts.

With 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom units to choose from, the condos at 1635 W. Belmont have the perfect abode to make your own nestled within one of Chicago's best neighborhoods.

As a previous resident, one of my personal favorite features was the walking distance to Des Plaines River Trail. I have personally biked the trail to the Wisconsin border and back and it is just over a 100-miles door to door. My wife loved how close she was to Rosemont shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Close proximity to O’Hare and blue line. Just an overall great neighborhood.
