Cinema Lofts

Known as the Cinema Lofts, the units at 1635 W. Belmont were built in the 1920's before being converted to condos in 1997. The building was once home to the city's popular Belmont Theater as well as one of Chicago's most famous movie houses from the past, The Belmont. As a previous resident, one of my personal favorite features was the walking distance to Des Plaines River Trail. I have personally biked the trail to the Wisconsin border and back and it is just over a 100-miles door to door. My wife loved how close she was to Rosemont shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Close proximity to O’Hare and blue line. Just an overall great neighborhood.
